Placements24 is partnering with a recruitment consultancy serving the Western Cape region, seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist for contract work. The role covers end-to-end IT hiring, candidate screening, and client relationship management in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles and KPIs. Remote contract with flexible project briefs and operations support.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment, agency/consultancy preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and tech job market.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end IT recruitment for various roles (developers, network, sysadmin, security).
• Source qualified IT professionals using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates, including technical assessments and interviews.
• Build and maintain IT talent pipelines for key skill sets.
• Manage client relationships in the tech sector.
