Job summary

Ideal candidates are proactive, technically curious, and able to build a high-quality technical talent pipeline across Finance, Legal, People Ops, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on, full-cycle technical recruiting experience required.
• Experience with ATS platforms and HR tech.
• Background in corporate recruitment within mid-sized or multi-unit orgs.
• Strong track record partnering with leadership and driving change.
• Data-driven recruitment including analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment plans for assigned units with emphasis on Finance, Legal, People Operations and Marketing.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking events and proactive outreach tools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments to identify top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft inclusive job postings.
• Manage relationships with industry partners, universities and bootcamps for early access to talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain records in ATS and other platforms to ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to employer branding by creating engaging job descriptions and postings.
• Implement diversity sourcing strategies to attract underrepresented candidates in STEM.
• Stay updated on salary bands, tech stacks, and certifications to refine sourcing.
