Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Axon 911 to own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering and product leaders to build high-performing teams. You will run a high-touch, data-informed process from intake through offer acceptance to create a great candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires four days per week in our Manhattan office. You will source, screen, interview, and close talent while collaborating on employer branding and diversity

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Track record filling software engineering and other technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and pipeline-building from scratch.
• Experience closing candidates and managing compensation conversations.
• Ability to discuss technical roles with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview plans, and set timelines.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, communities, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct thorough phone screens to assess technical background and mission fit.
• Guide structured interviews and debriefs to drive timely, well-calibrated decisions.
• Close candidates by presenting compelling offers and navigating competing offers.
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics in Greenhouse, sharing updates with stakeholders.
• Contribute to employer branding, process improvements, and diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
• Deliver an excellent, inclusive candidate experience at every stage.
