Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order processing and distribute documents to all departments.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
• Generate Inspection Reports and collect Data Packages from suppliers.
• Review and approve complete order packets with 100% accuracy.
• Support repair department technicians as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Track and manage cases in the case management system.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and required documents with status updates.
• Perform MaxRecall scans and file management.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
