Job summary

Jubitz Fleet Services in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making customers feel valued. You will be a key contact for B2B customers, providing support by phone and email, resolving issues, and delivering a World Class Customer Experience.

This full-time role uses a standard Monday–Friday in-person schedule in Hillsboro, with participation in an after-hours phone rotation roughly 1 week per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of office, customer service, or similar experience.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fuel industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and email.
• Support current and potential Fleet Services customers.
• Resolve customer questions and issues.
• Work with internal teams to find solutions.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate products, services, pricing, and account information.
• Find win/win solutions for customers and Jubitz.
