Helen of Troy seeks a Consumer Service Representative to be the primary contact for consumers, handling calls and emails with a focus on solutions and product knowledge. You will log interactions in CRM and provide timely follow-up, while supporting inventory checks and warranty processes.

The role requires 1+ year in call center or retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment with some onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in call center or retail experience.
• Experience with Bluetooth, App, and Wi-Fi connectivity devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and e-mail inquiries to ensure consumer satisfaction.
• Check inventory and issue replacements/credit for damaged products.
• Provide product information and benefits to consumers.
• Log all interactions into CRM (Kustomer or Oracle).
• Respond to consumer e-mails and follow up with outbound calls.
