Staffmark Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hillsboro, OR. You will assist customers, resolve issues, and support inside sales for strategic accounts. Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm with pay range $24-$32 per hour.

Requires a high school diploma or GED. You should have strong verbal and written communication, experience with computers and data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A courteous, solution-focused mindset and attention to detail are essential.

• Serves as the focal point for customer inquiries and interaction.
• Follows procedures to create profitable quotes or sample responses.
• Proactively follows up on opportunities and provides status updates.
• Works with sales to ensure customer satisfaction across vendor relations.
• Maintains quote history and follow-up files.
• Focuses on closing new orders and meeting booking goals.
• Attends production meetings and provides customer commitments.
