Job summary
Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Tech Support Technician to assist internal and external customers as 1st-level support. You will program customer data, assist with integration of new systems, and diagnose hardware/software issues.
Ideal candidates are fluent in English and German, understand IT infrastructure, and can work collaboratively in a multinational, hybrid environment. Training and development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a technical/technology environment.
- Strong team and customer orientation.
- Experience in diagnostics and structured problem-solving.
- Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems and Microsoft tools.
- Independent, self-motivated and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in English and German.
Responsibilities
- Program customer data based on requests and requirements.
- Support customers during the integration process of new systems.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, ticketing system, or remote access.
- Diagnose hardware/software problems from logs and test results.
- Perform maintenance and device configurations.
- Maintain service reports and ticket documentation.
- Inspect returned items and ensure troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Report recurring errors and suggest improvements.
