We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer to support our Technical Support Team by performing configuration, ERP tasks (Infor LN), ticket pre-processing, and preparation of units for exchange/repair.

What you will do:

• Basic configuration tasks for products prior to shipment or exchange,
• Preparation of units including documentation, labeling, and software setup,
• Processing MSO orders, purchase requisitions, RMA, adjustments, warehouse movements,
• Supporting Customer Service with order data checks and shipment documentation,
• Organizing Support Desk activities and updating internal records,
• Basic device checks and configuration template handling,
• Maintaining accuracy in configuration sets.

What we are looking for:

• Technical education in electronics
• Administrative or technical support experience,
• Handling electronic devices or configuration processes,
• Experience with CRM/Ticketing/ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to read technical documentation,
• Understanding of data types and file structures
• MS Office proficiency
• Fluent English and Swedish
• Good organisational and communication skills.
