Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech/Product teams with top talent. This role centers on high-volume sourcing, building proactive pipelines, and direct outreach to passive candidates, with a split-model collaboration with our recruiting team.

The position is a 6-month contract requiring a hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office weekly, and it demands proven expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-velocity environment.
• In-Office Availability: ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Sourcing Depth: demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates via прям direct-sourcing techniques.
• Agility & Resilience: ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fluid environment.
• Outreach Craft: strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach for passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Architecture: build and maintain deep talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles.
• High-Velocity Sourcing: drive high-volume sourcing for sales and tech roles with a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Direct Sourcing Excellence: use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent.
• Navigate Ambiguity: translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing Partnership: collaborate with Talent Attraction to hand off warmed candidates across opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: track competitor hiring trends and compensation to inform sourcing decisions.
