Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech/Product organizations. You will own top-of-funnel sourcing, build proactive pipelines, and collaborate with the recruiting team in a split model.

This is a 6 month contract with at least 3 days in-office weekly. You will drive high-velocity sourcing, engage passive candidates, and partner with Talent Attraction to fill multiple roles, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with sales or tech hiring in a fast-paced setting.
• In-office availability to work from the local office at least 3 days a week.
• Expertise in direct-sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
• Agility and resilience to adapt to shifting priorities in a fluid environment.
• Strong outreach skills to convert passive candidates into conversations via cold calls.
• Knowledge of technology/SaaS markets and ability to articulate value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for CSG and tech roles.
• Drive high-volume sourcing and deliver qualified candidates to partners.
• Engage passive talent using targeted direct outreach strategies.
• Translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction to hand off warm pipelines.
• Track market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform strategy.
