Addison Group in Chicago is seeking a Tech Associate Recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting with emphasis on technical roles. You will manage multiple openings, source candidates proactively, conduct initial screenings, coordinate activities, and partner with hiring managers throughout the process.

The role requires 1–4 years in Talent Acquisition or related fields, with preference for tech/IT environments. This hybrid position is based downtown Chicago with on-site 2–3 days/week.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience in professional services, staffing, technology, or IT environments.
• Exposure to sourcing or recruiting for technical positions is highly preferred.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and employees at varying levels of seniority.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hybrid position based in downtown Chicago.
• Candidates should be comfortable supporting multiple requisitions and working with hiring teams across different functions.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical and specialized openings.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, and alignment with open positions.
• Manage multiple active requisitions while working toward established hiring goals and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and ongoing outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Gather interview feedback and help move candidates efficiently through each stage of recruitment.
• Provide hiring teams with updates on candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and market conditions.
• Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
• Support offer discussions and help manage candidate expectations through the closing process.
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
