Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst for a 3–6 month contract in Chicago. This fully remote role requires you to be Chicago-based, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a $35–$45/hour pay rate.

You will evaluate applications, conduct phone screenings, and manage candidate progress using Workday Recruiting and related tools. You will collaborate with recruiters to build pipelines across IT, data, AI, and software roles, document screening feedback, and maintain organized records in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting required, incl. screening docs.
Experience sourcing for IT, Data, AI, or software roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

Evaluate applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct 15–30 candidate phone screenings per week.
Schedule calls and manage candidate progression in Workday Recruiting.
Collaborate with recruiters to build candidate pipelines for IT, data, AI, and software roles.
Maintain organized candidate tracking and provide recruiting updates.
