The Addison Group is seeking a Tech Recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting with a focus on technical and specialized positions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage multiple openings, source candidates proactively, conduct screenings, and coordinate recruiting activities across hiring teams.

• 1 to 4 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience in professional services, staffing/recruiting agencies, technology, or IT environments preferred.
• Exposure to sourcing or recruiting for technical positions is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and employees at varying levels of seniority.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical and specialized professional openings.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with open positions.
• Manage multiple active requisitions while working toward established hiring goals and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and ongoing outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Gather interview feedback and help move candidates efficiently through each stage of recruitment.
• Provide hiring teams with updates on candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and market conditions.
• Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
• Support offer discussions and help manage candidate expectations through the closing process.
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.

Job Description:

The Tech Recruiter will support experienced-hire recruiting with an emphasis on technical and specialized positions.
