You will partner with engineering leaders to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent while shaping the future of our technology organization.

This high-impact role requires a consultative mindset, data-driven sourcing, and strong stakeholder collaboration across a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, cloud, data, security, etc.).
• Proven success in high-volume technical hiring with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent.
• Experience using recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and data insights to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles from requisition through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and talent strategies.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across software, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and architecture.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill skills.
• Assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit, presenting high-quality shortlists.
• Deliver a superior candidate experience with clear communication and efficient processes.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
• Manage interview processes, negotiations, and closing strategies.
• Utilize recruiting technology and talent intelligence to optimize results.
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliant data management within recruitment systems.
