Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in supporting firm-wide growth by proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing top technical talent across engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management disciplines.

We are looking for a recruiter who thrives on proactive sourcing, strong hiring manager partnerships, and driving timely hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with passive talent sourcing.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication & relationship-building with candidates and leaders.
• Experience in architecture/engineering/construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies for technical and professional roles.
• Proactively source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, direct outreach, job boards, and industry channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach through offer acceptance—while delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage recruiting metrics, market data, and industry insights to advise hiring managers and optimize search strategies.
• Ensure timely feedback and alignment with hiring managers to maintain search momentum and candidate engagement.
• Manage job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment workflows within Workday (ATS).
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance sourcing strategies, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
