Responsibilities

• Strategize on building talent pipelines for multiple complex searches.
• Directly source candidates through research, campaigns, referrals, and events.
• Own candidate relationships from application to closing.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and internal advocacy for candidates.
• Collaborate with peers to learn, teach, and grow.
• Support hiring for non-technical roles and other markets as needed.
