LMI is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our growing technology organization. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent across cloud engineering, software development, DevSecOps, data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and other emerging domains supporting federal customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for highly technical roles across cloud, software, data, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical roles.
Lead full lifecycle recruiting from talent identification to offer negotiation and closing.
Recruit across technical disciplines including cloud engineering, software engineering, DevSecOps, data engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related fields.
Develop understanding of technical architectures and skill sets to assess candidates effectively.
Build proactive sourcing strategies using market research, Boolean search, and targeted outreach.
Identify and engage passive talent in competitive tech markets.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics in the ATS.
