Job summary

Apex Order Pickup Solutions in Mason, Ohio, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team onsite at our global headquarters. You will support technical project implementation, provide remote support for new equipment installations, and plan software training for end users.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, documentation, and communication skills, with bilingual Spanish a plus but not required. Hybrid schedule with full benefits included.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with industrial clients.
• Strong documentation and timely follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Spanish language is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical aspects of project implementation and ongoing software/hardware support for clients.
• Lead full life cycle project implementation.
• Provide remote support for new equipment installations.
• Plan and host web-based software training sessions for end users.
• Maintain knowledge of business processes and testing requirements through training, classroom, hands-on, and site visits (travel <5%).
• Conduct internal product and device testing.
