Job summary

Apex Order Pickup Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team onsite at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. The role focuses on supporting the technical aspects of project implementation and ongoing software/hardware support for our client base.

You will handle full life cycle project implementation, remote support for new equipment installations, and plan training sessions to promote skill transfer. Travel will be minimal, and bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and professionalism are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to earn client trust with or without face-to-face contact.
• Multi-tasking superstar who works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical aspects of project implementation and provide ongoing software/hardware support for clients.
• Full life cycle project implementation.
• Provide remote support for new equipment installations.
• Plan and host web-based software training sessions with end users to educate and promote skill transfer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes/standards/testing requirements through various training methods including classroom, hands-on, and site visits (travel <5%).
• Product and device testing for internal purposes.
