Job summary

Ryan seeks a dynamic Senior Manager to lead complex, technology-enabled business solutions across cross-functional teams in the Buffalo area. You will drive project delivery, align stakeholders, and ensure value realization through strategic governance and hands-on leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of delivering large-scale initiatives, strong communication at executive levels, and expertise in process improvements and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Manage project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Ensure quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support business development activities and client presentations.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting and billing.
