Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in project leadership, with experience in consulting or ERP environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and executive-level influence across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of technology-enabled business initiatives.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities including proposal design and client presentations.
