The Salema Group – Dunkin’ in Hampton, NH is seeking a Hiring & Retention Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention across 28 Dunkin’ restaurants. Compensations range from $54,000 to $65,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses, and the role requires frequent restaurant visits across Seacoast NH and Southern Maine.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for hourly or multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze turnover and use data to drive improvements.
• Willingness to visit restaurant locations across Seacoast New Hampshire and Southern Maine.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for restaurant positions.
• Develop creative strategies to attract candidates across multiple markets.
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Partner with District and Restaurant Managers to understand staffing needs.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, workforce agencies, and other recruiting partners.
• Represent The Salema Group at career fairs and hiring events.
• Help strengthen employer brand through recruiting campaigns and social media.
