Job summary

The Salema Group, a Dunkin' franchise, is seeking a Hiring & Retention Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention for 28 Dunkin' restaurants in the Seacoast NH and Southern Maine area.

You'll manage full-cycle recruiting, develop retention initiatives, and partner with district and restaurant managers to forecast staffing needs, while building a strong employer brand and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and relationship-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Experience working with multiple markets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for restaurant positions
• Develop creative strategies to attract candidates across multiple markets
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination
• Partner with District and Restaurant Managers to understand current and future staffing needs
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and other recruiting partners
• Represent The Salema Group at career fairs and hiring events
• Help strengthen our employer brand through recruiting campaigns, social media, and community outreach
