Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Manager of Talent & People Analytics to drive talent strategy with actionable insights from HR data and analytics. You will partner with Human Resources to enhance performance, engagement, and workforce reporting, shaping strategic decisions across the organization.

The role supports flexible hybrid work and can be performed from any Breakthru beverage office location, contributing to a high-performance culture through advanced analytics and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, I/O psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards, and workforce data analysis.
• Strong data-driven mindset translating analytics into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent programs including performance management and engagement.
• Design dashboards and reporting using Workday and other data sources.
• Produce executive-level talent presentations with compelling visuals.
• Support HR initiatives and ad hoc analytics projects.
• Collaborate across the business to drive high-performance culture.
