GDM Seeds in the United States is seeking a Talent Management & Learning & Development professional to support North America talent programs in partnership with the Global Talent Management COE. You will coordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards and NA business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, L&D, or related field.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and learning programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent management programs and processes across North America with the Global Talent Management COE.
• Serve as a resource for leaders, employees, and HRBPs on talent management and development processes.
• Prepare annual training schedules and communicate delivery timelines to managers and participants.
• Monitor training indicators and analyze them to propose improvement actions aligning with strategy.
• Support performance evaluation cycles and talent reviews according to corporate guidelines.
