ZF in Gray Court, SC is seeking a Hybrid Talent Acquisition professional to drive high-volume recruitment across divisions. You will source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers with local HR and hiring managers, while ensuring compliance and accurate data in the ATS.

You will also analyze recruiting metrics, coach teams on interview techniques, and contribute to shaping ZF’s talent strategy within a global network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• Fluent Spanish (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Develop job postings and determine where to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening to confirm candidate fit against position requirements.
• Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local HR and hiring teams.
• Partner with HR representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend offers and complete the search process.
• Ensure recruiting compliance with applicable laws and recruitment requirements.
• Maintain recruiting data and produce reports on status and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching on interview techniques when assigned.
• Act as a recruiting SME, offering market insight and guidance.
