Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through structured resume reviews and initial interviews.
• Use an ATS and candidate relationship tools to manage requisitions and data.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, market trends, and strategies.
• Conduct structured and behavior-based interviews to assess fit.
• Deliver timely, respectful communication to candidates and teams.
• Track recruitment performance to improve pipeline efficiency.
• Apply EEOC guidelines and SCA policies in all processes.
• Prepare offers aligned with internal equity and guidelines.
• Maintain reliable attendance and shift adherence.
