Job summary

ZF in Gray Court, SC is seeking a Hybrid Talent Acquisition professional to drive high-volume recruitment across divisions. You will source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers with local HR and hiring managers, while ensuring compliance and accurate data in the ATS.

You will also analyze recruiting metrics, coach teams on interview techniques, and contribute to shaping ZF’s talent strategy within a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• Fluent Spanish (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication.

Job description

Hybrid role in Gray Court, SC with the opportunity to help shape ZF’s future talent strategy through high-volume recruiting, strong candidate experiences, and end-to-end search process ownership. As part of ZF’s Global Talent Acquisition team, you will recruit high-performing candidates across multiple divisions while supporting hiring decisions, compliance, and measurable recruiting performance.

What you’ll do

• Develop job postings and determine where to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening to confirm candidate fit against position requirements.
• Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local HR and hiring teams as requested.
• Partner with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete the search process, including feedback to candidates not selected when applicable.
• Ensure recruiting compliance with applicable employment laws and recruitment requirements, including applicant recordkeeping.
• Maintain recruiting data and produce reports that communicate recruitment status and performance against key metrics (for example, cost-per-hire, days to close, and interview-to-hire ratio).
• Provide coaching or training to HR representatives and hiring teams on the use of situation-based interview techniques when assigned.
• Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert (SME), offering market insight and guidance to the business.
• Maintain data accuracy within the ATS.
• Actively source passive candidates to build and strengthen talent pipelines.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions, track candidates, and drive recruitment projects through completion.
• Fluent Spanish (preferred).
• High-energy, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
