Zekelman Industries is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across the U.S. and Canada.

The role blends recruiting across manufacturing and professional positions with strong collaboration with hiring leaders in a fast-paced, hybrid Chicago setting. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate multi-stage interviews, ensuring compliance and driving hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience recruiting both hourly operations talent and professional-level positions.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruiting support.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview processes, including second- and third-round interviews with management and executive leadership.
• Ensure recruiting processes comply with talent acquisition policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, and manage job postings and recruitment advertising.
