Job summary

ZS is seeking a creative, resourceful recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in the United States. You will drive full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent, leveraging sourcing strategies and market intelligence to identify and engage top candidates, working closely with hiring managers across offices to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong academic record.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and internet research skills to identify, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced hiring needs, managing sourcing, engagement, offers, and onboarding in a metrics-driven environment.
• Proactively source and assess talent through various channels; build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the ATS, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to develop and execute hiring strategies, provide market insights, and guide best practices.
