Job summary

Epic Talent Partners is seeking an experienced HR Specialist/Corporate Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA. The role leads full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, from sourcing and engagement through interviewing, offers, onboarding, and program support.

You will also assist with employer branding, communications, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with HR business partners and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and/or Recruiting with a majority focused on recruiting.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting, preferably in-house.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to support high-volume recruiting efforts and develop outreach strategies.
• Provide full cycle recruiting for multiple functions, including regulatory affairs, quality, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, finance, HR, and IT/Legal on a less frequent basis.
• Source, identify, and engage candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screens to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and statuses in the ATS.
• Assist with offer prep, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and follow-up.
