Job summary

Inland Respite, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role covering Corona and Menifee, CA.

You will support entry-level to mid-stage vacancies, coordinate interviews, manage pipelines, and assist with offers and onboarding in AcquireTM and ADP Lyric. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ATS (AcquireTM or similar) preferred.
• Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning.
• Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Candidate Management: Source candidates, conduct outreach, screen calls, maintain candidate records, support offer letters, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Coordinate with managers, share pipeline updates, schedule interviews, and align on role priorities.
• Community Engagement & Sourcing: Build partnerships, represent the org at job fairs, support employer branding and new sourcing strategies.
• Collaboration & Process Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, maintain compliant processes, assist with analytics, track KPIs, and promote diversity hiring.
• Onboarding & System Coordination: Support onboarding in AcquireTM and ADP Lyric, ensure completion of tasks, and manage candidate transitions into hire.
