• Candidate Sourcing: identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Candidate Screening: evaluate qualifications, experience and fit through resume reviews and initial interviews.
• Recruiting ATS: proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and candidate data.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: build relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support on requirements and market trends.
• Interviewing: conduct structured and behavior-based interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Candidate Experience: deliver timely, respectful interactions creating a positive impression.
