LaSalle Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Addison, IL for a contract, hybrid role. You will handle full-cycle recruiting across locations, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and build strong pipelines.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience and strong sourcing skills. You will use an ATS, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations.
• Ability to source and engage candidates for warehouse/fulfillment roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and states, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate activity, track recruiting progress, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and moving candidates efficiently through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
