Job summary

State of Illinois, Department of Central Management Services, is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to identify and develop talent pipelines across state agencies. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and compliance teams, leveraging ATS, CRM systems and recruitment technologies to fill positions from entry to senior leadership.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders while implementing recruitment

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of college with coursework in HR, talent acquisition, or workforce planning.
• Requires 1 year of admin experience in HR or completion of a professional management training program.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and develop talent pipelines for positions from entry to senior leadership.
• Provide direct support for executive and specialized recruitment initiatives.
• Lead recruitment marketing and outreach plan development and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze data and reporting for recruitment.
• Consult with management on projects and provide guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties within scope as required.
