Job summary

ESP Global Services Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago, IL with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). You will own end-to-end recruitment, craft sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent across multiple U.S.

states. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong ATS skills, and a consultative approach to provide market insights and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical talent and managing 25–40 concurrent requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Consult with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, Boolean search, networking, social media, referrals, and job boards.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates for qualifications, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists with assessments and recommendations and coordinate interviews.
