Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring teams.
• Post and manage job openings across platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
