Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or recruitment operations.
• Experience supporting candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, requisition management, or related recruitment activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate judgment and discretion, including identifying issues and following through on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities across assigned requisitions and program workstreams, ensuring consistent execution within established program requirements.
• Review candidate qualifications against job requirements and document assessment outcomes accurately throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate candidate screening and interview scheduling activities, supporting candidate management from initial evaluation through hiring leader review.
• Monitor recruitment milestones, priorities, and deadlines to support timely program delivery and high‑quality candidate experience.
• Serve as a control point by identifying operational, compliance, documentation, and timeline risks, escalating concerns early, and maintaining audit‑ready recruiting records.
