Responsibilities

In this role, you will help attract and hire qualified talent by combining strong sourcing skills with an organized, data-driven recruitment process. You will partner closely with hiring managers to support hiring strategies and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit through structured resume review and initial interviews
• Use an applicant tracking system and candidate relationship tools to manage requisitions, candidate data, and workflows
• Collaborate with hiring managers by providing consultative support on job requirements, market trends, and hiring strategies
• Conduct structured and behavior-based interviews to assess qualifications and alignment
• Deliver timely, respectful, and personalized communication to create a positive organizational impression
• Track recruitment performance using recruitment data to improve pipeline efficiency and inform hiring decisions
• Apply legal and ethical recruiting practices, including adherence to EEOC and SCA policies
• Prepare and negotiate offers aligned with internal equity, candidate expectations, and organizational guidelines
• Maintain consistent attendance by arriving on time and being prepared for assigned shifts, with reliable adherence to start times, breaks, and end times

Requirements

• 1 year of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
• Driver recruiting experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across teams and departments to achieve shared goals
• Strong planning, organization, and execution to meet timelines and deliverables
• Reliability, accountability, and commitment to high-quality results
• Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and adapt to evolving business needs
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (examples: office supplies, files, small equipment)
• Primarily desk-based work with occasional standing or walking
• Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment; normal or corrected vision and hearing sufficient for office work
