Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Scheduler to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams, ensuring smooth scheduling and calendar management.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, maintain ATS data, and help improve recruitment processes while upholding professional, inclusive communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or scheduling.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate calendars across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates and colleagues.
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, locations, and time zones.
• Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting links, room bookings, and travel arrangements where required.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resolution of calendar conflicts.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within the ATS.
• Monitor interview activity and proactively identify and address scheduling challenges.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely, professional, and inclusive communication.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and scheduling metrics.Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and operational efficiency.
