Job summary

Medidata Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to orchestrate high-volume interview logistics across time zones. You will guide candidates through the interview loop and support recruiters and hiring managers to move quickly and smoothly.

In this role you will proactively manage calendars, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining pipeline integrity in Taleo and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination in tech or life sciences.
• Experience scheduling 20+ complex interviews weekly across time zones.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy, end-to-end interview scheduling for multi-stage interviews and panels.
• Monitor calendars, anticipate conflicts, reroute schedules to maintain velocity.
• Maintain candidate pipeline within Taleo and update statuses and reminders.
• Provide high-touch candidate support with clear instructions and updates.
• Collaborate with 4-6 TA recruiters and hiring managers to optimize availability.
• Identify gaps in scheduling workflows and implement automation where possible.
• Support ad-hoc TA logistics such as offer documents and background checks.
