Job summary

BDA is seeking a Talent Partner Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting operations, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.

You will work in a hybrid environment, assist with job setup in Greenhouse, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate data while partnering with hiring managers and leaders to move searches forward

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a related role preferred.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, or HR systems (ideally Greenhouse).
• Experience coordinating complex calendars and interviews across multiple participants.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of administrative, sourcing, and coordination activities across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Build and update interview plans, stages, scorecards, and interviewer assignments within Greenhouse.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, senior leaders, and executives, ensuring timely communication.
