Covenant Case Management Services is hiring a People Operations & Talent Specialist to lead DSP recruitment and core people operations in North Carolina. You will source candidates, manage onboarding, and maintain ADP WFN data while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

The role is full-time, hybrid with remote work in NC and occasional on-site work in Albemarle. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred, with SHRM-CP or PHR assets welcomed.

Formación

• Residency in North Carolina required with occasional travel to Albemarle, NC for key meetings/events.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or blended HR operations (healthcare/ human services preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) or comparable enterprise HRIS/ATS.
• Familiarity with federal and NC employment regulations, HIPAA confidentiality, and healthcare credentialing standards.
• High emotional intelligence, active listening, and welcoming communication style.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Communications or equivalent; SHRM-CP or aHR/PHR certification asset.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage qualified Direct Support Professional (DSP) candidates and 1099 contractors across North Carolina.
• Create engaging job ads across ATS, social networks, and community boards.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, verify credentials, coordinate interviews with clinical leaders.
• Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and community groups to maintain talent pools.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify areas to shorten the hiring journey.
• Maintain ADP WFN data integrity and generate workforce reports.
• Oversee pre-contract credentialing and ensure background checks, MVR, OIG, and TB clearances are audit-ready.
• Support HR policy updates, employee engagement, and performance cycles.
