Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting, including strategy, sourcing, interviews, offers, and negotiations. You will partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and business objectives.

This contract role is based in Silver Spring, MD with hybrid onsite requirements (minimum 3 days/week) and hours Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM. The assignment may extend beyond the initial 6 months based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Human resources proficiency and life sciences recruiting experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment in-house.
• Proficiency with Workday and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting including strategy, sourcing, interviews, offers, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, interview team prep/debriefs, and recruitment updates.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Build pipelines through networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
