You will partner with hiring teams to clarify requirements, craft compelling outreach, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Strong ATS and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle responsibilities.
• Proficiency with ATS to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Ability to recruit for technical roles and union environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across multiple channels to support diverse hiring needs.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting from outreach to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Promote employer brand through online and offline channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and databases.
• Communicate with past applicants about new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
