Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of roles in Norwood, MA. The role blends hands-on sourcing with strategic workforce planning and HR initiatives, partnering with HR leadership and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.

The position is hybrid onsite in Norwood, MA, with a focus on managing approximately 25 active openings and contributing to onboarding improvements and talent development programs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or HR generalist roles with substantial recruiting responsibilities.
• In-house recruiting experience preferred over agency background.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio across manufacturing, engineering, marketing and corporate roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical and manufacturing positions.
• Lead offer negotiations and partner with HR to structure competitive offers.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and talent initiatives.
