Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency using ATS to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Ability to recruit for technical roles.
• Experience with union recruiting or unionized environments.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders on requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for crafting emails.
