Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to drive growth by partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to attract top industry talent. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and building strong pipelines across business functions.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners, influence hiring decisions, mentor junior team members, and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Neuron to inform strategy and candidate outreach.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and full-cycle hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
• Experience using ATS; Workday experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in social platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) for sourcing.
• Established talent network in relevant industries.
• Proven ability to research passive and active candidates using advanced search.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TA partners and hiring teams to understand demand and market trends.
• Influence hiring managers and recruiters to meet objectives and improve outcomes.
• Serve as SME in sourcing strategy, talent profiles, and market feasibility.
• Mentor junior sourcing team members with guidance and best practices.
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies and improve operations.
• Identify talent via Boolean searches, X-ray, and outreach to networks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on hiring strategies and candidate experience.
• Utilize Talent Neuron and other market intelligence tools for data-driven decisions.
• Research passive and active candidates and engage through thoughtful outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment tools.
