Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and advise hiring managers across Ohio locations. You will translate business needs into sourcing and selection strategies, using data and technology to drive strong hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing searches from intake to offer, building pipelines, and coaching managers on best practices. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Columbus, OH, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with direct sourcing and ownership of searches.
• Experience recruiting hourly, professional, and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Ability to act as a trusted hiring partner, coach leaders, influence decisions, and collaborate with HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, warehouse, distribution, skilled-trades, professional, technical, leadership, senior-level, and difficult-to-fill positions across assigned Ohio locations.
• Own each search from intake through accepted offer, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interview planning, and offer partnership.
• Develop and execute role-specific sourcing strategies using direct outreach, passive sourcing, and job boards.
